Re: Table top revisions
The table top delivery guidelines have been agreed and the Structural guidelines are almost agreed . The processing realignment has also been agreed.
There will be a joint SDL and Div Reps Meeting to take them through the guidelines ahead of it being sent out.

Re: Table top revisions
is this revision meant to remove large pkts from deliveries or something more sinister like absorbing walks which means less bodies as there is no way they are goin to put hours in with letters decreasing

Re: Table top revision
Removing large parcels from walks will inevitably lead to longer walks. They are not just going to take that work away from you and replace it with nothing. When the plan was to remove that work just to LAT offices wasn’t the talk of losing 1 in 6 walks with that walk being split between the remaining 5?

Re: Table top revisions
Is this going to be the same table top revisions that we used to have in the old days.
1: Look after the reps duty
2: Sort said reps mates out, as most are senior
3: f**k the rest, it is what it is
Disclaimer: Reps, don't start getting underwear in a twist, not all reps are w*****s, just a s**t lot of them.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Table top revision
If RM use the template used for what can go through a PSM then you won't lose that many large parcels.Zicomurphy wrote: ↑07 Feb 2021, 18:20Removing large parcels from walks will inevitably lead to longer walks.
