We’ve been told to wear the RM mask when possibly facing a customer, knocking on a door etc.

The pro maskers are now starting to realise that uniform matching masks will be mandated, and they will not be permitted to carry on with their scarfs or comedy idiot decal masks.

They seem to have made up a new rule that you have to wear a mask while you are moving about the office but not when you are at your frame. The fact they are turning round and shouting across to people seems irrelevant in their little world.
I think one of the big problems was the mixed messages sent out when masks became "mandatory" but weren't.

Since the mandatory wearing of masks came in we've been using this as a guide. The problem arose when people with glasses had problems throwing off because their glasses kept steaming up. The logic was we were 2m apart and facing our frames. My colleagues are pretty good and if someone approaches them to talk the masks are quickly slipped up.

As you mention there are a few idiots that insist on gobbing off to their mates at the other side of the office.

Our biggest problem is "Runners" that cannot wait to clear their IPS, or their packets, and insist on walking backwards, and forwards, with half a dozen letters and a few packets. Despite being repeatedly told they please themselves .... Weak Management IMO.

Ha Ha Haven't been on ArseBook since the Pandemic took off, simply for the ammount of weird & wonderful post that people normally post. I knew it was going to get worse. It seems that no social media forum is exempt .

Since no person on this thread mentioned ANY potential side effects with long term wearing of face coverings (i say again: no risk assessment done by RM/Union) why we don’t wear 2 or ideally 3/4 masks at the same time?! Since it looks like there are no side effects at all and no oxygen restrictions and no increase in CO2 and no re-inhaling of your bacteria etc shouldn’t we wear multiple layers of masks? (Please don’t give surgeons or Chinese people wearing it as example-they don’t wear some clothes/dirty scarfs over their faces). Are you really saying there are NO side effects at all?’

Some people I known in the distant past pissed and shat in their own pants on around did not want a pair up with them are you suggesting mandatory masks checks/face covering checks? This is ludicrous next we will have finger nail length or swabs and fart monitors in place!

I don't know about you folks, but those new CWU face masks aren't the best to wear. Especially where your lips rest against the inside.
