Our manager still likes to mention how some specials are failing to be delivered by 1pm in our work time learning. We don’t even bother to answer him , he’s been saying it since the pandemic started.

We've not had a work time learning since the pandemic started back in March 2020.

Unless RM have had the programming changed the system will still flag a 9am delivered after 9am or a 1pm delivered after 1pm as a failure

Don't think we've had proper WTL since we've had bikes on delivery (yes that long) ,apart from the very occasional sign this bit of paper to say you watched a video , session.

What about the excellent production values? That video about two in a van coming back would have swayed me had I seen it before two in a van was promptly halted again.

I sent a letter containing documents to a business on Sat morning by Special Delivery. I checked it at lunchtime and it says it was signed for at 0645 this morning at a mail centre not the business. Any idea how this works ?

The mail centre probably deals with the businesses mail
