Just do what I done when I was off with depression, refuse ATOS access to your medical records and refuse to cooperate with Royal Mail.

It's not illegal to be ill, unless we live in Nazi Germany???

Got a stage 2, but I stood my ground, no way was I gonna be bullied by Royal Mail, still on medication will soon be a year since diagnosis, so DDA will kick in.

Fluoxetine, have my monthly check up next week on my day off. FACT of the matter RM nearly drove me demented with thier constant phone calls etc.

Another guy at work right now is going through the same and he looks like s**t.

Thats why you pissed me of Tommo, I always reckoned people with depression were mad for years before I was diagnosed.

To be quite frank I've had my eyes opened, some days I was in my bed at 2pm until 10 am the next day because quite frankly I was knackered. The constant pressure from RM did not help me one bit.

They should be ashamed for treating people in this manner.

I've been trying to get my managers to admit that I'm covered by the DDA for some time now, and they insist that I'm not. I was diagnosed with Depression over a year and a half ago, and am still on Antidepressants.
