UK CEO Simon Thompson wants to hear the views of colleagues, as he continues to hit the ground running in his new role.

Simon, who spent his third day in post out on delivery getting the thoughts of Cobham postman Dave Field – which you can watch on RMtv here – is keen to canvass opinion from across the Group.

He said: “I’m a big believer in listening: to you, and to our customers. I'm keen to hear what you think. Please share your views.”

In particular, Simon is keen to hear your thoughts in three key areas: Our customers, trust and growth.

You can bet yer boots it wouldn't have been on a round that had 2 or 3 days mail and 4 d2ds on it, a crap trolley and absorb. The top brass are so far removed from most post persons actual workload/daily pressures.

Strange how he fails to mention that he is keen to hear our views on the bloated executive salaries at the top..... for example his remuneration. Quel surprise!!

i dont get paid to think and i get paid to deliver mail and parcels , its well above my pay grade to sort the job out , but thanks for the invitation

You can actually because name, email address and job title are not required fields.

I would suggest it's kind of dangerous and not very well thought through in that not only can you do it anonymously you could potentially stick in the name of someone you don't like and then post an offensive message.
