that's from the horses mouth !, Unite state RM have a 1 70's command & control style 2 RM is arrogant & assumes it always knows best . 3 Increase in B&H complaints & macho long hours culture . Some are sick to death of Leighton. Asda have a similar very regimented mgt style & culture of fear .

Inappropriate use of the Conduct Code on trumped up flimsy charges happen to people at senior management levels within the business if they have a mind and dare speak up.
