No.
This isn't a dystopian science fiction film despite what some fantasists would have you believe.

Each year's flu vaccine is unique. It is quickly rolled out to a large segment of the population. Every year many people experience side effects from the vaccine. Sometimes those side effects are so serious that people feel the need to take a couple of paracetemol. Every year the flu vaccine saves thousands of lives and prevents thousands more hospitalisations.

I will happily have a Covid vaccine that has undergone clinical trials. It will protect me, allowing me to go back to living a normal life. More importantly, my having the vaccine will also help to protect those around me.
The reason why vaccinations may make you feel unwell is because in order for them to work they require an immune response from your body.

How the immune system responds is unique to each individual. Most people may not notice anything, others may have a strong immune response and so may feel like crap for a few days.

If you think about auto immune conditions such as eczema; the immune system is so ramped up in those individuals that it attacks healthy cells in the body. There's more to it than that, but you get the idea. This is how powerful the immune system is. So feeling ill after a vaccination is normal, a sign that it is effective, and is nothing in comparison to what the immune system is actually capable of.

Plus if you didn't have an immune system you would probably never feel ill, but you'd drop dead pretty quickly. The majority of symptoms of a virus aren't actually produced by the virus, it's the immune response of your body in an effort to kill the virus. That's why viruses that are different but affect the same specific systems within the body share the same symptoms.

It is getting increasingly difficult to get information on the vaccine due to Internet censorship. I won't be willingly getting it from what I have managed to find out.

No "willingly" about it. No-one's going to tie you down and forcibly inject you whatever you allegedly "censored" stuff you may search out on the Net.

Nobody forces us to do many things that they want us to do but they can make it difficult for you if you don't. I will not say that I won't have the vaccine if refusing it means that my family suffer.

I would rather all NHS staff and all staff in schools were given the Covid vaccine before I was offered it. If I am asked to have the vaccine I would say yes though

It's hilarious that people will throw all kinds of nasty stuff down their throat in the form of food, drink and over the counter quack medicines that have had very little rigorous scientific testing but when it comes to a vaccine they suddenly get all squeamish and demand to peruse the scientific data, data that to most of us would be like trying to read Mandarin.

Where has this sudden fear come from or is it just a childish reaction to being told what's good for you?

If you live in a city you're absorbing more toxins through your skin in a day than you could squeeze into 100 needles.

What can't you find out about the vaccine? There is huge amounts of information out there about each of the vaccines.

So far in the UK over 2.5 million people have been vaccinated. If there were unusual side effects compared to other widely used vaccines then I'm sure that they would be splashed all over the papers by now.

If those 2.5 million people had instead been given Covid, even with a 1% mortality rate (and given that it is mainly the vulnerable vaccinated so far it would have been far higher) then 25,000 of them would have died from it.

Have the vaccine or risk the possible effects of catching Covid. Tough decision - NOT.

Just to make a point: this vaccines have been approved but not fully tested. I am not saying there are not safe but that emergency approval procedures are applied here. What happens now is that those who receive it now are part of trials 3 and 4 which normally would require lots of volunteers which would have to be paid anything between £150-250 for participation. Also unusually a placebo group have been now vaccinated which is out of the usual standard. As far as we know: it hasn’t been tested on people over 80 and only small amount of pregnant women. The trials usually take so long as to gather FULL picture of adverse effects. Now the AI programme has been created to gather HighVolumeAdverseEffects Data. I am not saying this vaccine is not safe but i will take it once a FULL trials take place and when the Government increase max payout of only £120k into possibility of personally suing a pharma company if serious complications occur. Also an informed consent is important here. When i am shown a proper leaflet like the one which any medication contains and not only a general info leaflet by NHS/Government. When French Government produced this 42-pages document it has been accused of spreading fear..?

My original interest in vaccine safety was for my child. Admittedly there is much information on the positive aspects of vaccines but when you look for the other side of the argument, you often find that negative opinions are being censored or pushed on to less mainstream platforms.
I recently looked at a report done by Dr Wellor and Dr Paul Thomas comparing vaccinated vs un vaccinated children. It showed an elevated risk in certain conditions for vaccinated children. From what I've gathered, this study was peer reviewed and published.
Soon after publication, Dr Paul Thomas had his medical licence suspended and expect the report will be debunked. I am not saying that the methods used in the study where perfect but it would be good to see a proper discussion on the findings. The CDC have been asked to do this report many times in the past 15 or so years but have chosen not to.
This doesn't prove one way or the other wether vaccines are dangerous but this information should debated on a equal platform for us to be able to decide for ourselves.

This is a separate topic in itself.
Does every voice deserve equal exposure?

The BBC has run into this problem before because they thought that balance necessitated giving equal airtime to a directly opposing view but if the first viewpoint is from an expert in their field with 20 years experience and the opposing view is from a crackpot wearing a tinfoil hat do they deserve equal exposure?

Similarly during Brexit debates an economist would present one side of an argument while a politician would be given equal airtime to refute the claims as though a politicians opinion should carry the same weight.

In the case of scientific debate if the vast bulk of evidence points in one direction and a small amount of evidence points in another direction although it should be investigated and should never be buried does it deserve equal exposure and to be debated on an equal platform?

Personally I don't think so.
