What if it was a Sun-Thur shift with every Fri/Sat off? I bet there would be plenty of takers

We have some part timers on 22 & half hours, they come in over 5 days & claim the difference as O/T, our union rep as told them they should only be doing 3 days on this contract & trying to get them on 25 & 27 hours over 5 days?

replying to crowsee,just heard back from union that they couldnt do it,probably ruling the wrong word to use .

Don't reps have some involvement in resourcing meetings? My point being if vacancies arose why didn't he/she discuss
with management (before these individuals were employed) what contracts/days they were going to be on, rather than
waiting until they were in the office and then saying - 'Wrong number of days for those hours''? We all know that
this is RM managements method of paying less holiday pay/Xmas bonus but still expecting you to complete a walk!
