I’ll be joining you in voting NO as being a part timer for 11 long years there is nothing I can see in the agreement that gives me hope of being made full time over the next 11 years. Totally neglected by Royal Mail and the union as per usual. Fully expect my vote to make no difference though, this will be voted through by the morons who are blinded by a measly few hundred quid before tax. Those same people will be kicking off with the new duty structures in 6 months time when that money is long gone. Sad state of affairs.

if you wanted full time work why did you apply for a part time job, and whats stopping you from seeking one with another company now?

Because that may have been their only option at the time.....not everybody has the luxury of multiple career paths, you don't know
everybody's personal circumstances.

Very true but whats stopping part timers who want full time work looking for it elsewhere and why does royal mail have to give full time jobs out if they dont want to?

Was promised at interview would be full time within a couple of years. Regularly work between 37/40 hours a week anyway topping up through overtime to then then only be paid part time wage 5 weeks of the year whilst on annual leave. The constant chasing of missing overtime each week is a real annoyance. Then you have full timers who actually work less than their contract hours get all the benefits of full pay whilst sick/on holiday. It’s wrong and you know it.

There are always those that are on a good one. Gets to us other full timers who work our balls off as well.PDA actuals and revisions might change things and get you up to full time permanent. I feel for you having been there, but voting no leaves you at status quo, so dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. However if your office does show that the hours are there after a revision for you and/or others to increase their hours, then if your rep is worth their salt he/she will not sign off any revision without that quarentee of a permanent change of hours.

I believe that when x number of jobs get made up from part time to full time it goes in seniority order as to who gets made up to full time

But you get paid for whatever rm ask you to do within your contacted hours. Surely as someone senior as your spouting have some respect..
