That threads dated 22nd December? Surprised no one mentioned it @ work? I’m not sure anyone’s bothered anymore RM ignore the union & do as they like, it’s not worth worrying about, just accept it, do your hours & go home.

What are the chances of the cwu balloting us to accept the proposal, then RM running to the courts claiming ballot irregularities if we vote yes?

does anyone really believe our 'vote' means anything? its a done deal, the 'vote' is just to make the workforce believe that they 'chose' it.

My circumstances are different to a lot of people here, I’m retiring in 9 and a bit years, if this agreement secures my job (with strings attached) for at least 3 of those 9 years then happy days. I worry for those ‘young uns’ who’ve just started and (if they choose) have 30 years here.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

the only thing i think on this agreement that is guaranteed is your backdated pay deal , so do you think any revisions triggering your 1 hour off the week will be done properly in your office ? im guessing NO and it will be based on taking deliverys out and not putting stuff back in , and your rep will go to disagreement when s**t hits the fan which will get swept under the carpet like the cwu did with the other 600 disagreements , JOB SECURITY , some on here saying well at least we will have a job till 2023 are you sure about that when ofcom have already said that a 5 day service would be enough and the public would be happy with that , and terry has said its out of there hands and can you see the company trying to defend a 6 day service ? when this is a massive way to reduce bodies. CULTURE so can you see anything in this agreement stating that this will change ? NO , as all it says is its down to your rep and dim to sort on a daily basis so thats the same as it is now so thats a NO then. and to honest i cant be arsed with any of it . Lets see if or when this comes in how many are back on here crying about what is happening in there offices and who gets the blame ?

And even if there's a revision we all know who's data will be used , it'll be the in the job 2 minutes greyhounds who spend many an hour sucking up to management or as I like to call them .......the Xmas parcel suck ups

just read the letters thread, got to admit the 5 hr delivery span is a concern, some of us only work 5hrs a day so when is the break taken if this comes in, not to mention the travel to and from delivery point 1.

I'll certainly vote according to what CWU recommends, however I think I'll be IHR in the next few months
