no it sounds like a sentence of palliative care for the elderly not a dynamic future for the young and old more a pathway to an early grave a kind of life experience you hopefully only get once!

No don't do glue why should we accept second best or a piss poor deal just because someone told you so we had a 97% mandate in a ballot they procrastinated and had more tea and biscuits than the poor postman delivering the mail. Yet still managed to stuff it up honestly why did 12 pages take so long even a snail could have wrote a better deal faster!

Yes we need to move forward at pace the competition are leaps ahead of us with technology etc,
We have still got the best terms and conditions out of them all.
All the competition workforce would come to royalmail in a heartbeat,
Most postie's are living in the dark ages.
Great pay rise in this current climate when people are getting paid off and not getting a pay rise +were getting a 37 hour contract when table top revision comes and most office's need them ASAP.
Million percent yes

35 years a postman
I've seen loads of change over them years
Not much change last few years falling behind now and didn't have DHL Yodel Amazon the list goes on
Been out on picket lines fighting to keep all they great terms and conditions we have losing pay for months
And know we need to change our structure again to survive fast
Massive yes from me

Re: poll The Pathway to Change agreement
Don't more senior staff recieve some other payments? I remember when I started and someone was surprised I didn't get I think drivers allowance or something like that. So thats another thing if it is true. I mean saying people who vote yes are sell outs because supoosedly we are attracted by the pay rise, job security etc is a bit of joke when some of you voted to loose something in the past for more money no? Maybe I'm wrong so I'll apologise if so.Yamr1 wrote: ↑27 Dec 2020, 14:16Tell me who are in the delivery sector with full sick pay for 6 months , 6 weeks holidays after 20 years of service, all the public holidays we get , paid tea breaks , soon fingers crossed 37 hour contracts £12 quid a hour , uniforms ,ihr vrs

Re: poll The Pathway to Change agreement
Pointless poll. it's going through on a big yes vote, people are tired of it and want the back pay and pay rise, part timers will want the pay rise associated with the SWW, long termers want EVR that the inclusion of the MTSF agreement will probably give them, my prediction is a 73% yes vote.
