phantomshare - that was an incredibly interesting take on what has gone on so far and what Leighton is looking to do for the future. Trouble is it is quite scary and it involves every one of us.
Just yesterday we were shown the 'Crozier' video and afterwards a colleague spoke to me of how fearful she was for the future - she has loved working for RM for 4 years but felt had no choice but to look for another job NOW - jump before she was pushed. I tried to reassure her but could not move her from her position - FUD in action?
If anyone is reading this and has not filled in their ballot form then PLEASE do it and do it today - voting YES is the only way to deal with the likes of Leighton and Crozier - the only way to protect OUR future.
