Theyve agreed to keep everyone a job-and with a rise, OP if your unhappy with that join the millions currently out of work and free a space for someone that wants a decent income and not 70 quid a week job seekers.
Some of us work for a living and want the best for us all for doing it while others sit meekly and watch and let others fight for them or just do nothing and hide under the sofa!
exactly, i regularly do a walk and half, and get paid a walk half. im just grateful i have a job and dont see the point of whining. Between working hours your paid to do what your told to do Theres nothing to fight about. if you dont want to do it then find somewhere else to do what you want to is my thoughts
When people get paid £6 million for very little where is my cut of the deal. I don't need showing where the door is been here 35 plus years not grateful for defeatist attitudes when we can get a better deal!
you didnt get the ceo job so you wont get paid for it, you read the job advert your applied for all those years ago and got the job. i know things have changed but so has everything else over that time. maybe your just scared to modernise or to retrain somewhere you would be happier

Then how about you aim higher and get to the top of the company. Then you'll get paid mega bucks for nothing and be happy. Please let us know what deal would make you happy?

2 year postie, save your time and energy for a worthwhile pastime. You are never going to convince K979aaa on any subject that 99% agree is rational and worthwhile. He always falls in the 1% category that wants to challenge with idiotic theories and non truths just to be controversial and pseudo intellectual. Check out the Coronavirus threads if you don't believe me and maybe you'll see what I mean. Woody actually blocked him because of the constant shite he was spouting. I am all for free speech but it's often better to ignore the claptrap than continue to stoke the flames.

This is a democracy not a dictatorship I have a view and I am allowed to express it accept this deal and it is game over for all of us. An inflation only deal for conceding everything is not a good deal for the members of our union or even non members of the union!

Very poor deal for the workers.
you get to keep your jobs
you get a pay rise
you have to sign on by swiping a card
you may have to work sunday if you want to
99% of parcels will stay in your office
every office will have at least 1 packet man all year round.

Whats terrible?

We're not getting paid like the ceo basically from what I can understand. That and we should ignore covids a thing and live life as normal sacrificing high risk people because oh well they are weak so on so forth. Think that sums it up :thumbup
