Total mess in the morning.

I don t know about you lot but it seems that the new start times are a total waste of time over XMAS.

We have been given our SA over XMAS, but it has been put on the front of the duty. But the drivers from the mail centres are working to the new times. So we have the situation where we all come in at 5.00, sort f**k all and then wait for the 7.00 and 7.45 lorries from the mail center.

Basically we are sitting around doing nothing from 5.20 until 7.00. Then it manic until we can get out, which is about 9.30 at the moment.

Why didn t the management bring in the new 06.15 start times in January. We are still getting out late but being paid SA to sit on our arses.
It is such poor management its untrue. We are having cut-offs when the SA should be on the end of the duty to help complete. Its just a joke.
