5o'clock loonies

Post by jafferpants »

Here's a classic 2 posties came in this morning at 5am with the rest of us on the sa. however they refused to book the hour so they could spend the time throwing their walks out instead of having to go on the sorting. Please tell me how is the job ever going to get any better whilst you have twat's like that in rm

had the same at our place. we've got extra night duties as well this week so hardly any sorting left to do. the thing is they wouldn't be allowed out any earlier so they've done 1 hour for nothing and ended up sitting around with nothing to do.

Ask your Line Manager for some nomination forms for next year's 'Chairman's Awards', and nominate them for their unstinting dedication and willingness to work for nothing in their own time.
I've never heard of two more committed employees, have you ?
Or should that be two more employees who should be committed. Numpties

What a couple of dipsticks :d'oh! We've buffoons like them in my office too :d'oh! You might as well talk to the wall, as advising / informing them of the consequences of their actions, people like them were born to learn the hard way, and people like us were born to suffer the same consequences the actions of idiots like them invite on all of us. :d'oh!

Yeah but surely then they will come in on time, and not rush about, making "flexibility" harder to impose. Generally people who come in early only do it for their own benefit, and they get the time put in back by finishing earlier. In some cases comming in early covers the fact that people are actually pretty slow at prep!

Either way the majority seem to get out on time regardless of what time they've come in, There's plenty of time to get your walk prepped as well as a bit or sorting on top, Theres no way they are getting out an hour early or even finishing an hour earlier, If anything they might shave the odd 10mins off their round. Not worth it when you consider they aren't getting paid for it?
