If everyone wears one of course it makes a difference, how is the virus going to spread in an office if everyone has a mask on? But if only some wear them then it is pointless since you can catch it via your eyes, unless you wear goggles and mask.

If you ever watch someone with a mask on touching it with their hands what do the hands do hand you a cup of coffee and covid-19, Where as someone without a mask hands you a cup of coffee assuming they had clean hands no problem.

No one hand cups of coffe to anyone in my office, you want a cup of coffe you go and get it yourself, do that in your office and the problem is solved, and again you wear a mask to stop an infected person from spreading the virus. So it does not matter if you touch your own mask if you already have it, then it makes no difference if you touch it, but the mask will stop you spreading it.

Adding a layer of protection no matter how small the effectiveness is better than nothing at all. I'd rather do more to prevent the spread than not. I really don't understand why you wouldn't want to decrease the chances of spreading covid by doing a bit more. Medical exemption fine go get a note and follow the other measures.

One you don't need a note from your doctor download the badge as it is this is nothing more than bullshit that people propagate the virus without prolonged contact.

Thought you were going to stop telling people not to wear masks in another topic?

Masks are an individual choice you can chose where you go without one but medical exemptions are what they are you should lawfully go about your business unhindered by individuals if they do more than ask you could have them done for harassment. the mere mention of the word and it is a criminal offence.

It's quite simple, you are expendable, so the government do not care if you catch it or not, the mail getting delivered is more important than your life according to the government. Also who is going to deliver all the crap to the workers wrapped in cotton wool sitting at home getting paid with your taxes?

Because key workers are the backbone of society and without them it collapses. If we should be key workers or not is another debate.
