So what now from our new leaders ?

So bozo has gone down the full lock down route tonight into December , so what will our new leaders do to assist the frontline staff to get through xmas ? , because its rammed now and offices are running short staffed and have been for months and its not down to covid 19 either , deliverys failing everyday and we havent even hit the peak of it yet and they dont seem interested in sorting the dispute out with the CWU so it will get worse , so will we fail xmas for the first time ? due to the top nobs trying to save money and show the shareholders they are doing a great job to justify there inflated pay .

Just work your hours and look after yourself, let RM and their DOMs worry about clearing the office.

Our office has 3 on long term sick and several sick this week, parcels through the roof and lapsing galore , and now another lock down so more online ordering as shops will be closed again. And our busiest period now upon us its bloody depression and ive just about had enough of this endless mountain of parcels with no end in sight and to top it all off we have collecting parcels chucked into the mix.

one thing to remember it is not us who have failed but those above us all and it goes up from the bottom of a triangle to the person at the pinnacle/zenith is the person who is failing not unions or staff it is for him to abide by past agreements he can dodge it all day long but is his epitaph here is the man who failed all the children's Christmases of 2020 Imagine someone carving that on his gravestone in the future!

to true , and after seeing what they had put on the table to the CWU of what they want out the talks

, its not looking good , well not for them anyway as we can just carry on

At the office I work at we were asked if anybody wanted to share vans out of 80 duties 6 chose this option, we have 4 self isolating,6 cases of covid 19 all retuned safely to work, as in other offices duties have been left in on a daily basis, no lapsing has been attempted since march anybody wishing to do overtime can fill your boots, a lot at my office just work their hours, I personally don't mind going over max 1 hour per day if required, glad to still have a job, as for the CWU although frustrating with the lack of communication we have had my own thoughts both parties are waiting to here from OFCOM regarding down grading the letter delivery to a five day service just giving an insight into the office I work at in the northwest
