£400 is due in April same criteria as 1.5% pay rise.

I thought the colleaguseshares was based on 50% savings beyond budget.

I seem to recall Alan Leighton commenting on the £200 m profits that we would only break even for the next 2 ? years so I cant see anybody getting any share in anything ,unless of course such payouts were factored into their forecast.

Name change from 'phamtom shares' because the later you will never see and i doubt very much if you will see the renamed 'collegue shares' either as the requirements for them is unobtainable unless you sell your soul to r.m

shares

Post by leiwolf »

Now why on earth did i actually think it was £800 pounds first year and £400 the second year. And do people actually believe that we will get them. I personally think that the shares are a way to replace earned bonuses, and they will just tell us all, sorry we did not save enough.

Just like when I worked for romec, everytime it came to our bonus, manager would tell us we did not do enough to save, altho he never did tell us what we should do to save.

Both me and my old man got made redundant from romec, broke his 12months contract and replace him with a casual for a few weeks. (I was not impressed.) The reason why he went without causing a fuss about the broken contract, was because he didn't want me to lose my job and was promise that my job was safe. 6 months later after being told that my job secure because i went on nights, i got the old redundancy letter. Here was where the fun started with him. First he told me that for me to go to an interview during the day, that i could work 6 in the evening to 10 in the morning, (interivew was at 10.30) Then come in that night at 8pm and go home at 4am (considering I live over 10miles away from the building,) the was no buses til 6am so would have to wait 2hours before i can go home. Luckly for me, both the union rep and the main manager told me that if i came into work that night, then I would be escorted off the building. I didn't work that night. He then refused me, my last week pay, because i went to the interiview. Not only that, he also told the job center that i left on my own accord, which when they read my redundancy letter, they phone him straight away to tell him that they took the lying very seriously and that the would be an investigation on this matter. Tried getting my last week of pay, he told me that I left early one day when he came to visit, to say goodbye, apparently he came at 5am, I replied that hes either very deaf as he would have heard my big hoover from the other end of the building, or that hes lying piece of cra p , he then said that because I went to the interview I wasn't entitled to it, I replied that he got 3 options, he either pay me, or I see him in court, or that violence could occur (please bear in mind I was not working when that was said, so no trying to get me sacked for that comment, you nasty screws.) His boss ended up paying me, and he got a big bonus for saving money. The ironic thing is, that his boss was demoted and offered me my job back 10months later*L*, thus I then transfer to become a postman.

Sorry about the long one their mateys
