If Terry tries to say otherwise he's talking bollocks.
It was written all over his face in the last video
He knew then

So we struggle through summer when the virus can’t thrive and cases are low and now the cases are rising and the climate suits the virus they want van share.
Wonder why?

To be fair, he's against van sharing and has given decent reasons to support that. Credit where due.
He does need to get into offices though to actually see conditions in offices and how many of us are basically not following the guidelines inside with managers ignoring breaches.

Terry admits they have simply been waiting for the numbers to go down to bring it back, and he was in agreement.
This is an endemic virus without a cure or a vaccine. It's never going to go away without a vaccine, or until everyone gets it.

He screwed up royally last time and he is now admitting they were in agreement to possibly bring van share back.

Does anyone else think that RM will now enforce early/late shifts across the board with the 28 days notice?

A manager will be round with a clipboard tomorrow asking who will and won’t van share. Those who don’t will be punished with late shifts. You watch.

Looks like I'll be punished then! My notice will then be issued...

Pretty much the way I see it panning out.
They knew they would never get the unions backing on this.

Divide and conquer. I don’t know what Terry has said but he should be telling all members to refuse. Outsmarted again.
