Essentially when you scan your route it'll load the list if there are any collections. For paired duties you scan both routes and decide who collects what. It lets you hid the ones u arent doing.
Upto 5 addresses per duty with each address having upto 5 parcels. Thats upto 50 items per pair duty.
Social distances still applies.
Scanning the parcels is the customers receipt. If they want a paper receipt tell them to shove it to a post office.
Its basic stuff once you've done it a couple of times.
