HCT
LWT
Why carry bags?
How else are you supposed to do a delivery except lock up your barrow and loop? Also im a van driver so i have no hct. Also delivering busy town with flats and stairs up alleys so not secure enough to take a lightweight. In our office the whole van share system is designed to do loops with a bag on.

What about the mail security rules (no more than x minuets away from the trolley). There's probably a copy of the rules in a thread somewhere

Delivery staff always have a plethora of excuses for not doing the job properly.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Also we deliver the amazon and parcelforce in our office and we have 5 htc and 8 lwt for an office of 30+ rounds. On a delivery of 730 calls and up with a van that delivers 3 cages of parcels as well as how are you supposed to not strain yourself?

Never far from the hct, can normally only fit 30-40 houses worth of mail and packets in a bag nowadays

It is extremely bad manners to call someone a manager just because they don't share your opinion.

The BT2010 agreement which brought in new delivery methods was all about removing weight from the shoulder.
Far from being a managerial point of view it is a union point of view.
