I received an IPOD from Amazon today which came by DSA (TNT White) but on Monday I received a docking station 1st class DN. Can anyone shine some logic on this situation (or do I just say I didn't get them :hmmmm )

I thought we had lost the 2nd class amazon contract to TNT now i seem to be getting more royal mail 2nd class than TNT dsa, is this just a christmas thing or are amazon losing faith in TNT and switching back to us.

We get too many packets from TNT via DSA.

I think it's a f*cking joke that they have their own dedicated parcel delivery service yet still use us for "the final mile"! I still can't work out how they can pay RM to deliver packets for them, cheaper than they can do it themselves..........yet us posties are still underpaid! Definitely overworked, but cheaper than TNT??!! :lfo :cfo
