Before covid how many DO staff have the hours in their contract match the duty times they do? My gut feeling that it'd be less than 25%

For how many staff does their hours in their contract reflect the hours they do? My guess is not many, if someone's contract is say for 40hrs then couldn't RM turn round and insist they work 40hrs?

Long term deliveries will be the only part with any jobs, seems like RM long term want to automate everything that gets done in MCs. Saying that will them jobs in deliveries all be owner-driver jobs?
