Anyone know if this practice is still inforce?


It sure is mate,i got a 20 year certificate last year,with a nice booklet of various gifts i was able to choose(took a golf lesson at a course near where i live)and this year i think it was May or June got an invite with guest(took the Mrs) to an all expenses paid 3 course meal followed by a disco and free drink all night at a very nice hotel at London Bridge.Had to pay for own B+B but if anyone gets an invite to one of these GO we all deserve it and youll have a good nightwarlord wrote:It's just a fleeting thought, but is the practice still going where you used to recieve one of those framed diplomas for 10 - 15 - 20 -25 + years service.?
