Have just seen d2d items for next week. According to our dum the only week we dont have them is beginning the 17th december. Is this the same everywhere? We had a 2 week grace from them last year i think

Dear Colleague
Door to Door During Christmas Pressure Period
Branches will be aware that the current Door to Door agreement, Paragraph 9 states:-
“Royal Mail Door to Door items will continue to be excluded from the Christmas pressure period but will now be accepted for delivery for the first full week in December and from the first clear week after 1st January. This will bring Royal Mail Door to Door into line with other Royal Mail servicesâ€

B*llocks obviously but once again a sure sign that the agreement is codswallop - RM have no intention of "a new understanding and respect for the CWU reps and blah blah blah........."
