The rumours going about in our delivery office is that we are not getting a christmas bonus this year.
Whether its cos we have been naughty boys going on strike, but I am not holding my breath on a bonus.
anyway if Adam can stop the payment its more money in his and leigtons arse pocket.
Adam quoted that we are overpayed and underworked anyway. :cfo

xmas bonus is paid in full so long as employees dont take industrial action, sick leave in the four weeks up to xmas.so if you attend work in that period you get 100 pounds if you do take days off for the above i think they deduct 3% for each day.

. :arrrghhh ....... and this remark is an insult to every employee irrespective of length of service and status.
At the top of the Royal mail heirachy we have two blundering charlitons playing with our uncertain future and jobs.
These brain dead bigots are not worthy of the vast salarys and bonuses that they reward themselves. Technically they are the "Godfathers of Royal Mail." creaming off the profits for very little imput.
These two comedians should be sacked immediatley.
Why has this not been done ?

Why haven't Leighton & Crozier been sacked?

Post by baldrick »

Because they were put there by the Government to run down Royal Mail and prepare it for privatisation.

^^^^^^^ :cuppa ^^^^^^ :cuppa ^^^^^^ So are we to presume that some poor sap who has been on long term sick leave with a legitimate doctors certificate will be the victim of the 3% deduction each and every day due to his or her circumstances?
I'll bet they are!
More savings to place in the pockets of the arm folders and brown nosers who contribute little or nothing to productivity. ^^^^^^^ :cuppa ^^^^^^ My calculations (5 day week) means that £60.00 is lost and ploughed back into the kitty. :d'oh! less the bloody tax rip off.

^^^^^ Treat 'em like mushrooms. Feed 'em s**t and keep 'em in the dark^^^^^^

£5k ? You'll get more than that on VR now mate. We need better VR and EVR terms not a piddling £5k.
