Travelling Time

I should know this but here goes, on a 5hr 15m rural delivery span is 30 minutes drive to first delivery point and 30 minutes drive back to office included in the 5h15m span? TIA.

Is this your full duty time or just the outdoor aspect?
Your duty should have a "318" which is basically a book/sheet showing everything you do on a daily basis.

If you are only employed for 5 hr 15 then yes, plus a 20 minute break which you cannot plan at the beginning or the end of your attendance.

yes, my apologise a 30 minute break which you should also not split either. i.e 15 minutes and 15 minutes or 20 minutes and 10 minutes. If you are asked to cut your break short you can essentially regard none of your break as having been taken.

Delivery span is normally 1st letter, last letter. Travelling to and throw to walk is calculated as separate

It includes travel.

What are your contractual hours ie turn up place of work leave place of work the delivery span is a misnomer their is no delivery span too employees in RM here but you all have a contractual hours unless you are agency. And so non of this apply's as some are zero hour and others 30 hours plus with different terms and conditions!
