When compulsory transferred to another unit due to a complaint outcome, should you automatically fall in line with the attendance pattern of all the other full time OPG's in that office?
There's a full time delivery postman been transferred to our office, where we have the Wallington Plus attendance pattern (rest week plus an extra Saturday off) and although he has been told by the DOM that he will get the Wallington week off , he is being denied the extra Saturday off, surely this is unfair and potentially discriminatory. Is there any guidance or agreements on this? The DOM simply says that because he has coverage issues on a Saturday, he cannot accommodate an extra Saturday off for this individual.
