We have been advised that a document has to be signed annually agreeing to the system used to pick leave for the forth coming year, can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of said document.

Annual Leave Agreement
Ours is agreed locally between the DOM and the CWU, and we sign for it and our annual leave sheet when the pick commences

Annual Leave Agreement
We've always done it in groups. All staff get devided up into groups. Group A gets 1st pick the 1st year. The next year group B gets first pick and group A gets last pick. The next year after that, group C gets first pick and group B gets last pick (behind group A). After enough years group A will get first pick again and the cycle goes on
