Any advice on what to expect before I do the online assessment? Ie, do they mark on mainly speed or being accurate?

Not having done the online test I would presume it's a bit of both.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

If its similar to when I did it, it will be checking things like letters and numbers to say which are the same and/or different.

So you could have IG11 1IG and compare it to 1GII I1G. Best advice is not to panic and rush, read things carefully and double check if you can.
