19 pages now of if, but, maybe, try this, try that, possibly, instead of, why me, the list goes on.

It was clearly stated this week by the Royal Mail board and the CWU Executive that van sharing is not happening yet. FACT.

So for christ's sake, please see what hobbies are out there to take your minds off this. UNTIL THE POWERS THAT BE SAY DIFFERENT NOTHING WILL CHANGE, so all the if's, but's, maybe's, possible scenario's, won't make a TOSS of difference.

Little wonder there is so much back stabbing amongst us - some people's minds must be on the job 24/7. The public would literally laugh if they could see just how petty the gripes are on here.

If it is a Board decision that van sharing is not to happen (bearing in mind that they run the company), if your DOM acts to the contrary then he should be reported and disciplined accordingly. Part of his contract is to ensure that rules are adhered to.
