Hello.Let me tell you a little about myself.I was a delivery postman for over 23 years and took a EVR package last year.The first thing I noticed was when visiting these pages was the Royal Mail Chat Campaign:Get on the vans! Start at your official time! Weigh your bags! Take your break! Save your jobs.Does anybody ask these people who break rules for the benefit of Royal Mail why they do it? Yes,I asked and put it in writing why these practises are allowed to carry on and never received a satisfactory answer.I'm afraid that the decent ,rule abiding postman don't stand a chance while these idiotic practises carry on.I should know I put up with it for years if I hadn't been offered EVR I would have been driven to go long-term sick with stress.Thankyou for the interesting and informative pages.Goodbye
