Stuck with the old ones, and naturally members of the public are turning up at the loading bay demanding to see managers when they find the front door locked.
Same here, ours ran out before someone had the foresight to print off stickers saying ‘refer to website for opening times’ which we then stick over the top.
I’ll be honest, on Monday I forgot to take the stickers so I just scribbled out the old info and wrote ‘see website etc’ which does the same job.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.
Well they seem to keep turning up at our office long after the doors have been locked they either cannot read or just love driving for the heck of it. I often see them at the door their exasperation is one of an England batsman on a duck getting out and it happens just-as regularly!
Simple question. What Royal Mail gaining for reduced opening hours? They should make customers life easy NOT difficult. Their item sitting in the callers office and customer can not have it .

Yes, and most of them can`t read the opening hours on the customer`s service point door and keep demanding their parcels from anyone in the yard, card or not.
I feel for them but if a shop it`s closed, come when it`s open, it`s common sense.

But as I mentioned a few times before, for some Royal Mail CSPs a lot of customers are checking the opening hours on Google and seeing the incorrect times. They make their way to the Royal Mail CSP and are shocked to see it closed. This is a dereliction of management responsibility.
Cutting down on opening hours for callers offices , how can they save money ? callers offices staff are in enquiry office playing solitaire or on Face Book . How can Royal Mail save money by not serving customers ???
