I'm not British; I'm a clean person. And I'm sending my used face masks to your address via 1:00pm Special Delivery so that you can get rid of them for me. It'll help you learn how to dispose of them responsibly. Don't forget to wash your hands.
Right then, I'm off to bed (early night for me. )
Really? You would write such a thing as that?
I find your post rude at the very least and poorly judged. I'm not surprised though, it was coming up to the surface sometime soon I could see that.
Have a good early night.
Regards.

All signs telling you to wear a mask are now posted on the doors.
And where did you get that nugget of information.
It seems to contradict this: Customer Service Points/Callers Offices are classified as shops for the purposes of this guidance and therefore all customers using these facilities have needed to wear a face covering/mask from the 10 July Scotland and from 24 July will need to wear a face covering/mask in England.
It is not mandatory for Royal Mail Group employees who work in CSPs to wear a face covering/mask.
That little nugget of information is in the text. There are signs posted on the door and before you enter the site.Today all masks/face coverings were being worn (by the callers office staff and customers. So tell me now if that (little nugget) is not true.
Whilst is not mandatory I would not castigate anyone for wearing one but as if peer pressure of those who have no science of the illness should breakout it will end with an them and us attitude and can only be destructive of the UK economy and I for one will not ware one. It is such in these days we need freedom we all need a personal choice and we all must respect the choices of others!

That little nugget isn't true.
It my be that your office has decided to implement its own rules and own timetable but the text I posted in red is the LTB relating to the introduction of face coverings.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
At the end of the day no one can make you do anything! Wearing a mask is a voluntary decision just because some guy got brain damage in hospital whist being the PM is of no consequence as his decisions are based on fiction rather than facts!

Eh?
It's mandatory to wear one in certain conditions in the UK. Shops, supermarkets, public transport.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Well you don't have to use any of those.
You don't have to go to work.
People refusing to wear masks are probably the same kind of idiots who put their own kids lives at risk by refusing vaccinations.
There's so many exemptions how can it really be effective? To be effective it really needs to be EVERYONE wear a mask with NO EXCEPTIONS. I wonder if some of the medical conditions that have exemptions would suffer worse from corona if they ever caught it
Lets put a spanner in the works, it's a video from BBC news questions thingy, also, the picture is really bad as I'm waiting for my TV to be fixed... https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ak8wqDbgMvoehPRxB_PBeX59ZR7P1A" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It's kinda irrelevant because the shop gets to decide what the policy is in that particular shop and RM gets to decide what its employees do so even if you take away the mandatory element you're left with RM policy and even if you take away RM policy you're still going to have to ask (from a distance obvs) each individual feckin shop how they feel about it.
So really the "mandatory" bit is the least important?
P. S. Have you tried hitting it on the side, I'm sure that still works with those old 70s tellys.... tellies... TVs.
