A question about Annual leave entitlement

Hi,
When I was in Royal Mail for eight years at the end of my year my management went bad, too much absorb route to cover staff sick leave, the environment at work was get harder, I did not enjoy it very much and I found a better job left the Royal Mail. Five years later I miss the Royal Mail I am try to return but in different place. I want to ask a question about the annual leave entitlement my was 4 weeks and 3.5 days after 8 years, if I return would it reset back to bottom 4 weeks? or it start from 8 years and carry on?

For your annual leave you start from 8 years but make a point of explaining you know that.
I have moved offices quite a bit and I am always amazed to discover people not getting their correct annual leave entitlement.
