Today was exact opposite of yesterday heavy coz of sky mags and Christmas Catalogues (WTF its not even June yet) but gaps galore - got done for 1145 which is earliest for a long while.

i noticed them xmas catalogues too bloody bulky things and sky mags . 1 bundle left for tomorrow. i dont know if its me being paranoid but it seems as tho mail centres are throwing every piece of mailsort they can out in case of IA . is it me am i paranoid or can someone shine any light on this??

2 major incidents in sw4 today,A massive fight on one of the council estates last night/early morning,2 people dead (stabbed) and a few in hospital serious wounds e.t.c.,
Remember the young kid Billy cox who was shot dead the other month in his house,the police nicked a 20 year old lad today after a raid on a property just off Clapham high street,It was on my walk,s**t one of my customers

Not too bad today, alot of mailsort from yesterday, the full timers just throw in my M/S anywhere not even the same road sometimes(w*****s).
we have a sort of them and us situation in my office, it's hard enough battling managers let alone trying to battle the staff you work with, Because i do 30 mins less sorting and don't have to wait for missort's and can then get out by about 7am to 7:30am not 8:30 they get the right dog about it, they say i should throw in my own M/S for the next day and the managers say not, but if the boot was on the other foot i wounder if they would do the same?

I KINDLY APPROACHED MY DICKHEAD DWARFY DOM THIS MORNING AND KINDLY ASKED HIM IF I COULD TAKE 4 DAYS OF NEXT WEEK AS I AM MOVING HOUSE (HOPEFULLY ON THE WEEKEND,) BUT WON'T EXACTLT KNOW FOR DEFINITE UNTIL TOMORROW, AS MY COMPLETION DATE IS FOR THE 15TH,( YOU KNOW ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN.)
MY DICKHEAD DOM REPLIED WITH HASTE AND A TONED VOICE, YOU KNOW WE ARE BUSY WITH SUMMER LEAVE BLAAAHH BLAAAAH ****ING BLAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

WHAT AN INCONSIDERATE T**T. SORRY FOR THE BAD LANGUAGE BUT I AM FURIOUS. I NEVER GO IN THE OFFICE AND MOAN ABOUT ANYTHING OR I CAN'T DO THIS AND THAT SHIFT LIKE SOME OF THE POSTIES IN MY OFFICE, I HAVE FAMILY COMMITMENTS ALSO. BUT WHEN I ASK FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS ITS ONE BIG NOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
I HAVE 14DAYS OWING TO ME AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY TIME OFF WHEN I MOST NEED IT.
I WILL PROBABLY MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE AREA MANAGER ABOUT MY DICKHEAD DOM, HE ALREADY HAS A GREIVANCE CASE AGAINST HIM PREHAPS I WILL MAKE IT NUMBER TWO.
ALSO WHY I WAS ASKING HIM HE KEPT WALKING AWAY FROM ME SO I SHOUTED OUT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS s**t. HE JUST WALKED AWAY. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO DIVERSITY AND ALL THAT CRAP.

I WAS REALLY DISHEARTENED TODAY I FIND IT DISGUSTING HOW THEY THINK THEY CAN TREAT YOU.

a couple of years ago my ex manager lost it with me on the floor and started shouting at me in front of witnesses and got an apology a few days later and eventually he got moved to another office

Im glad he wont grind you down and a Greivence is in order if anyone else has been given time off in your office by him for the same thing. (moving) Ask about and find out... 2nd thing is, This screw ignoring you needs to be addressed mate..
Diversity indeed is in play here as he should treat everybody with respect.. Get witnesses as many as u can signed up and time n dated!!! On the time off most give for moving is 2 days ive heard of But only when they get there compleation date.. If u have 14 days spare u can bet you bottom dollar end of leave year (april) bet they told people to take leave they didnt want to take like in my MC and previous DO.. I think its a fecking cheek!!!
