What’s the impact of the face covering legislation in Scotland?
From Friday 10th July all colleagues in Scotland delivering to or collecting from retail premises must wear a face covering. Customer Service Points are classified as shops for the purposes of this guidance and therefore all customers using these facilities in Scotland will need to wear a face covering.
Posters will be made available to display this requirement. Face masks are provided for this purpose, please ask your delivery office manager or line manager.
The law provides discretion to people who have a health condition, a disability and other groups. These will not always be visible, so staff should continue to serve all who enter CSPs, including those not wearing face coverings.

Face masks in Scotland
Going by the news on tv and the net, I think it's only a matter of days before it's the same in England as well

Face masks in Scotland
Now that it is mandatory in shops in Scotland, and potentially coming in England too, surely it should be a requirement to wear them in the delivery office too, as the same conditions apply as in shops, people moving around with scant regard to social distancing etc.

Looks like it's from July 24th in England covering ALL shops and supermarkets. I wonder if it'll also end up being mandatory anywhere in public at some pointripio wrote:Now that it is mandatory in shops in Scotland, and potentially coming in England too, surely it should be a requirement to wear them in the delivery office too, as the same conditions apply as in shops, people moving around with scant regard to social distancing etc.
