Then you could have 2 or 3 groups on staggered weeks to ensure the office is always fully staffed.

I think if letters went down to 5 days it'd be Mondays they axe, there'd be no need to have any mech staff in MCs or MPUs on Sunday rate

If Sunday was just a parcel day....you could just employ sunday workers.
