Hi,

Just introducing myself. For the last 10 months I have worked with a friend who runs a relatively established e-commerce mens fashion store but was using an external fulfilment warehouse. Since me joining he has brought all stock in-house so I now manage all stock and fulfilment. I had never done much of this before, but after 10 months of sending thousands of orders I'm getting to grips with it, despite the maelstrom that is Royal Mail. I have almost daily calls with RM about a variety of issues, but thought you guys might actually be better equipped to help answer some of these! And I (hopefully) will be able to help with any insights I may have gathered.
