I have a 30 minute drive home and by the time I get out the car I can hardly walk.. I see people looking at me oddly in my posties outfit and unable to walk, but 10 minutes later OK again.
You have got me thinking now Yokel - you have just decibed me. flyign along at my usual pace when on delivery. Sit down on the bus I am ok, but getting off I look like a duck with a hernia, I just thought it was muscle stiffness from the exercise. :hmmmm

I'm afraid you need to get off your feet NOW. The longer you leave it the worse it will get - believe me.

True Blue Terrier and yokel Check out these web sites, these explain PF better than I can. Strolltrolls right get it sorted asap with your GP & EHS and tell your managers as its gets much much worse i.e like it makes you disabled! It will never go away if you keep walking, at its worse I was in so much pain I could not walk more than 100m. It also comes and goes.
