Long term I reckon it'll be a 3 day delivery span for all letters and flats. RM could have one, maybe two sites processing all letters with all other MCs having IMPs, iLSMs, CSS and T2K machines removed and packet sorting machines installed.
But packets don't bring in the profit (apparently) it's all about the letters (apparently)

If a shift is going to fail it's normally letters and flats that get sacrificed first
