[quote="Chelseablue"]Should non union get this bonus ? Sitting back paying nothing into union but getting all the benefits ?[/.............its always been that way. if we go on strike for pay/Ts&Cs or whatever, non union members are entitled to the same as union members. regardless if they've ignored picket lines and went into work.

Back in the day when I was an aspiring thespian it was clear that a lot of minor roles were allocated on alphabetical order.stodgy88 wrote:Just discrimination on length of service then, it was either that or alphabetical order ,bit annoyed as my names abbott.
In order to ensure a modicum of regular work I changed my name by deed poll to Aardvark.

On the initial statement it read as payment to be made pro rata for part time, absence and unpaid leave so if you were self isolating for 2 week out of that 6 week period surely you will get 4 weeks not 6 week I.e £200 divided by 6 - 2 week absence.

sorry TBTTrueBlueTerrier wrote:I would appreciate it if members could keep this thread civil, a few posts seem to be bear baiting others for no valid reason. If the thread goes off-topic because people can discuss like adults then to save me more work, and the blood pressure of others, we will lock the thread from dicussion but keep the LTB for information purposes.
