Well to be fair they also have to accept the crap side of any agreement just like us.

Just discrimination on length of service then, it was either that or alphabetical order ,bit annoyed as my names abbott.

Back in the day when I was an aspiring thespian it was clear that a lot of minor roles were allocated on alphabetical order.
In order to ensure a modicum of regular work I changed my name by deed poll to Aardvark.

On the initial statement it read as payment to be made pro rata for part time,absence and unpaid leave so if you were self isolating for 2 week out of that 6 week period surely you will get 4 weeks not 6 week I.e £200 divided by 6 - 2 week absence.
