Spot on......... the more work the better!!! I would rather we were hammered every day than the work was drying up. When will people on here realise that more work equals job security. Luck you if you are picking up 400 most people in our office are part time and we struggle to get paid properly in overtime every week.Extra work is great if they actually starting paying for the hours we worked instead of just disputing every hour you claim
This is exactly what I believe makes people moan about volume of parcels. Management very often try to bully us into working through our break, cutting corners and basically every time you're about to let them know you will be going over they will challenge it to some extent. You end up like you have to beg to be paid for hours worked and still pay disputes are pretty common.

Bad day? Whilst i've got every sympathy with the PT situation can we please stop turning every thread into PT v FT
Oh and FT workers have to chase after unpaid overtime as well
