They've told everyone now, the union have put a statement out. This is the last Saturday for no letters

People can't finish their own walks at the moment so good luck with that.

The none delivery of letters didn't cause the backlog in work and neither did it cure it,the volume of work was the cause and until that dies down there's still going to be walks failing on a daily basis.

You can only lapse if there's time available, at the moment and for the foreseeable there is no time available.

I don't know if you've noticed but there's a bit of a spanner in the works at the moment and the rule book has been thrown out the window.
