Boss's new plan?

The main stumbling block appears to be the different application of contracts and voluntary overtime in different businesses.

If you take the case of Firefighters they obviously can't walk off a job because it's their finishing time, that's implied compulsory overtime even if it's not expressly mentioned in their contract.

We need information (either printed or able to be downloaded digitally) showing how to tie up, tricky addresses (eg where on the frame their number is 10 King street but it always comes addressed as The Hollies King Street). Also flat access codes, things like that.
This including a map drawn out for each duty including where to park and where post boxes are and obscure flats/houses should be created. It would save the company money as newbies would be less likely to need to book excess.

Perhaps the charge is raised by the Post Office against Royal Mail for the storage and handling of the parcel and RM are just recouping that?

I decide to double check and it seems that they have changed it. I wonder if they still charge for re-deliveries? Hopefully, the more customers who are aware of this service, the more customers will use it.
