What a performance!
That made me cringe! It was like watching Kenneth Williams get in the ring with Mike Tyson or Leeds Utd play Brazil!
The guy just doesn't have a clue and could not justify his position over one single argument or question put to him. I loved the bit about "the government doesn't like me because I'm 'open' "....Alan, the word isn't "open" its "self-opinionated"!
It was almost as bad as his opening line from the in-house video, the infamous "I'm not a buls****er" statement. The ONLY person who would open with that kind of line is a bulls*****r - pure and simple!
Alan, the game's up; walk away now before you embarass yourself any further.

JUST A 'QUICKIE' ABOUT OUR PENSIONS. IN PENSIONS UPDATES 01 AND 02 WE ARE WARNED ABOUT 'THE SHORTFALL' AND 'COST OF PENSIONS IS RISING'. THESE ARE IMPORTANT PROBLEMS THAT NEED SOLVING! THERE IS A PART SOLUTION! THE PERSON(S) WHO WANT TO TAKE 35,000 TO 45,000 OF THE WORKFORCE THEREBY TAKING THAT SAME AMOUNT OF PEOPLE OUT OF PAYING CONTRIBUTIONS INTO OUR PENSION SCHEME (waffling, ed), SORRY, THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE RECOGNISED AND THROWN OUT OF THE BUSINESS! STAND UP LEIGHTON AND CROZIER!!!

i've never laughed so hard at Leighton. he made himself look like a complete and utter t*at. If that doesnt drum up some support for the union i dont know what will.
is he realy that stupid that he doesnt understand the diffence between a PHANTOM share and a real share, or is he just hoping rm staff and the general public are'when you put it to tony blair's government that 20% at least of the company should be put in the hands of the staff you were blocked'
