Positive drug driving test

Please forgive me, she was driving under the influence of a controlled drug. In my opinion the level is irrelevant she could have killed or maimed someone due to her state. I am a firm believer of giving people a second chance but you should expect to lose your job with this level of offence.

If hash stays in your blood and hair for so long it doesnt make it fair for other people who do not smoke it, but have been around people who have smoked it and passed it to them.

I second that, you should be sacked from your job whatever that is for drink and drug driving.

1,500 people are killed on the roads every year, trying to save some of those lives by telling these criminals they will instantly lose their job upon conviction would be good practice surely.

No pal it doesn't work like that. The hair test, is going down the strand and can give you a picture of any drug you have had over several months. Even if your bald,they can still get a hair from your scalp. There is no notable detection in your blood even if your sitting with a bunch of tokkers. You need to be actually inhaling it for the blood result to show up enough of a reaction. And if your sitting with a bunch of tokkers ,well the chances are you are a chilling also.

That's what Mr President said I did not inhale it when asked too bad about the stains on the dress though.

Not that easy to "step down" from driving without giving a valid reason

Happen to a guy at our office manager phoned HR they said keep job take him of driving duties until ban finished

No he told them he was going to court spoke with union was told to tell management

They would find out on 6 month licence check so best to tell them as they would find out
