Lanyard's should be part of the kit but they are not, We all make mistakes and we all learn from them some are more costly than others but s**t does happen.jack17 wrote:thankyou all for your help, i had a chat with my manager, i bought a lanyard so there is a less of a chance of me loosing them again, i am only a human and everyone is allowed to make mistakes during work. thankyou again for giving me good advice and helping me.

We all make mistakes jack, I tend to link the van key with my own keys and that way I never seem to lose anything with a larger bunch of keys in pocket. Glad to see it's all been resolved though

I was told that Timpsons cant cut new van keys and that they have to be ordered from the main dealer at a cost of around £80.00 each. This didnt come from a manager but another postman who is usually reliable.
