I have "HOL AVG" on my pay statement with a figure referring to my Holiday Employee Rate just below my Hol Bal 2 figure. What does this mean and how do they work it out ?

My guess/hope is that it is the percentage we will get of any pay bonus given to posties, rumoured to be £200.
