Notice that the part timers get shafted again. I've had my hours altered to full time some days and normal start time on others yet I'll not get the full £200 yet the full timers that start late and meet the drivers out on duty get the full whack. Should be £200 for all regardless of contracted hours. We're all at the same level of risk. Poor from the union if you ask me.

Back gone? and £200 payment
You should do as you're a member of the CWU and Angard is a 100% owned Royal Mail Group company albeit one they don't like to talk about on their website. Real world is speak to your rep and get ready to argue with Angard who you can pretty much guarantee won't know anything about it.NW11851 wrote:Will those working for the wholly-owned subsidiary, Angard, mainly in Mail Centres, receive the payment?

Afew were mentioning it this morning, the ones doing 50 hours a week to clear out offices should be given the full £200.Redvannon wrote:Notice that the part timers get shafted again. I wouldn't get too excited about there being much change in Royal Mail's approach.geordieboy123 wrote:Whoever it is I’m sure they’ll want to work with the union rather than isolate themdeltaforce wrote:Calm down! Who do you thinks taking over Mother Teresa?wf wrote:So seeing as in every video we were told ,that everything is Rico’s fault
Which it most likely was
That means everything will be put right now by our union
What a day this could be
Maybe a proper furlough agreement can come about
Proper social distancing In offices and everything else
From the BBC
"Rico Back will step down as chief executive with immediate effect and Keith Williams, the former boss of BA, will take over as executive chairman."
"Royal Mail said that Mr Williams said will lead discussions "about an accelerated pace of change across the business"."

Not sure how much input they had ,but they are going to have to show now that it was all about Rico
I don’t really think there will be much change
Just trying to be positive.if the union did indeed get him moved on ,then it’s a victory and a victory in which they now need to show was worthwhile

It should be paid pro-rata on actual hours worked by part timers rather than contracted hours. Part-timers getting s**t on again.Grumpyoldmailman wrote:Afew were mentioning it this morning, the ones doing 50 hours a week to clear out offices should be given the full £200.Redvannon wrote:Notice that the part timers get shafted again. does this apply to people who were advised to self isolate and therefore not allowed to attend work?vila465 wrote:The staff who have not taken sick leave between march 16th and may 10th will receive the full £200 lump sum.The payments will be private for part time staff, people who have gone sick and unpaid leave.
